Amb. Dr. Elisha Attai is a humanitarian leader driven by an unshakable belief in service, equality, and the dignity of all people. A respected media, communications, and public relations practitioner, author, and publisher, he has devoted his life to amplifying voices, reshaping narratives, and building platforms that advance gender parity and social inclusion across Africa and the diaspora.

As Founder and President of the African Women in Leadership Organization, Dr. Attai initiated the African Women in Leadership Conference, a globally respected movement that for over 16 years has empowered women of African descent to redefine leadership on the world stage. Through Studio 115 Integrated Services and Fidelity Hub, he has transformed brands, developed leaders, and produced premium media content for leading platforms across Africa.

Beyond professional achievements, Dr. Attai’s humanitarian spirit is deeply expressed through faith-based service, charitable advocacy, and institutional leadership. He serves as the African Union Sixth Region Global Regional Director of Civil Society Organizations for ECOWAS and supports critical causes including neonatal care for premature babies across Africa. Guided by his philosophy, #ILiveSoICanGive, and alignment with key Sustainable Development Goals, his lifelong commitment to humanity earned him AfriHeritage’s African Humanitarian Award in recognition of his tireless advocacy for gender equality, inclusive leadership, and service-driven social impact across Africa.
