As Managing Director of Dutum Company Ltd, a leading indigenous construction and engineering firm, he has steered the company into becoming a trusted name synonymous with quality, innovation, and timely delivery across diverse project portfolios.

Within just three years, he grew the company's revenue by an impressive 50 percent, scaling earnings to approximately $10 million and firmly positioning Dutum for continental prominence. His global business acumen was honed earlier at JP Morgan Chase in London, where he worked as a Business Systems Analyst and Associate within the Global Commodities Group, gaining deep exposure to enterprise strategy, systems design, and value-driven business expansion.

Since becoming Managing Director, Runsewe has provided infrastructural solutions across Africa, including housing estates, hotels, commercial complexes, bridges, airport hangars, and major road networks.
