H.E. Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga is a distinguished Ugandan politician and lawyer who currently serves as the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for East African Community Affairs. She is widely known for breaking barriers as Uganda’s first female Speaker of Parliament, where she championed transparency, independence, and legislative reforms.
As a leader in East African integration, she has been instrumental in strengthening regional cooperation, economic ties, and policy harmonization within the East African Community.
